Eight reasons why I don't share my faith

Check out this video from the Rebelution blog. It shows up our 'reasons' for what they are, not reasons, but excuses. And pathetic excuses at that.

It looked good (and funny) but even with my trusty broadband I couldn't get the clip clearly. Would you mind posting the eight reasons so we can all feel suitably sheepish together?

The list:

#8 - Might Get Beat Up
#7 - Won’t Make Sense
#6 - Might Be Made Fun Of
#5 - Won’t Know How to Start
#4 - I’ll Be A Bad Witness
#3 - I’ll Say the Wrong Thing
#2 - I’ll Be a Religious Nut
#1 - I Don’t Know Enough

Comments on the original blog would indicate that you need the latest version of quicktime to watch the video... maybe that's your issue??

Thanks Petrina; Interesting list. I actually take offense (in a good way - I'm still your friend!) at these being termed pathetic excuses because I think they're real fears for many people that actually feel more like reasons than the excuses that they potentially are. I'm going out on a limb but I'm thinking that there may be some validitiy to some of those fears (Some people DO say the wrong thing and DO look like a religious nut because their zeal is not based in love). I wonder if the issue is not so much what's on this list, but more the fact that we don't truly listen to and address people's reason's one at a time. Just a thought (and one that has been made at the END OF TERM 3!!) I'M ON HOLIDAYS!!!
